Reissue of seminal ’90s house LP ‘Super Discount’ from Étienne de Crécy, a founding classic of the French touch sound feat. Air, Alex Gopher & more. Released in 1996, ‘Super Discount' is the debut album by Étienne de Crécy, one of the most influential figures on the electronic music scene and one of its most inspired producers. Over time, this record has become one of the pioneering records of the French Touch and a founding classic of electronic music, both in France and abroad. It was a critical and commercial success from the start and is an icon of its time.

Super Discount 2:
Etienne de Crecy is a vital player on the international electronic music scene. In twenty years of a constantly evolving career, the French producer has delivered some of the world's major electronic albums: Pansoul (with Philippe Zdar under the name Motorbass), Super Discount, Tempovision, Super Discount 2 & 3. He also fathered thirty EPs and has produced some forty remixes for artists such as Kraftwerk, Air, Moby, and Lil'Louis. Renowned for his eclectic and efficient productions, Etienne de Crecy is also a passionate DJ.

Super Discount 3:
In 2014, while EDM is wreaking havoc in the United States and around the world, Etienne De Crecy decided to return to Super Discount, to produce the third part of the series (released in 2015). If the synthesizers remain in the forefront, faithful to Super Discount 2's techno energy, samples and production give the record a house and funky sound that was the trademark of the frst release. This time around Etienne De Crecy also collaborated with singers rather than producers. Dave & Pos (De La Soul), Baxter Dury, Tom Burke (Citizens!), Madeline Follin (Cults) and Kilo Kish, but also Alex Gopher and Julien Delfaud all appear on the album.
