Model Man aka DJ Overdose, puts on the eyeliner, clads himself in black and speeds through this vital album of taut, groovy, instrumental coldwave. Live drums add a spitting, venomous bite to the synths, whilst he adds a pleasing Drexciyan electro burp and gurgle to the Numanoid melodies and pulsing modular arpeggios. Think vintage Rephlex machine music but with a fetish for Dopplereffekt and Wierd Recordings.
