‘Clapper’ does exactly what it purports to do, a shaking funky hand-clapping freak-out. London’s Ill Blu take carnival horns and funky tribal drumming and turn them into a futuristic street-party. Chicago’s Traxman and recent Planet Mu signee heads up the remix on the flip with an equally mutant juke and footwork reworking.
