Seiji's aesthetic here is all about club music, from the uniformed artwork that fits neatly into a series, to the massive dance floor wrecking potential. 'Frustratin' at the onset sounds like a tough techno monolith, but then the skippy percussion and the vocal stabs kick in and we know we're onto a hybrid monster....
