'Sol Sketches' collects 21 edits of longer piano improvisations by Rutger Zuydervelt for a film about American artist Sol LeWitt. The sketches were created in January 2011 for the film, scheduled to be released towards the end of the summer 2011. Rutger's piano takes centre stage and is the key instrument for the majority of album, ran in parallel to subtle electro-acoustic nuances to create a sense of space. A strongly defined and compelling listening experience. All copies included an A7, paper note block.
