Christina Vantzou and John Also Bennett reappear from the aether for yet another sterling release of slow-unfurling minimal excursions. The title of CV & JAB’s LP — Landscape Architecture — hints at the sounds contained within; tones produced by pianos, flutes and a host of other, more curious instrumentation become fodder for metaphysical ambient musings, flailing as asynchronous, asymmetrical atmospheres and constellations that seem to follow their own internal logic.
