Exquisite original soundtrack material from Scandinavia for the documentary Draumalandid. Shot in Iceland the film is a raw account of that country's recent troubled history. Sigurdsson is the composer behind it's hauntingly beautiful music, helped out here by fellow modern classical composers  such as Nico Muhly and noise-artist Ben Frost. A graceful work that calls on traditional orchestral arrangements  sat in beds of digitally processed electronics. Tip for fans of Nils Frahm, Olafur Arnalds, Sigur Ros.
