René Pawlowitz, the man behind the stellar output of Shed, WK7 and Head High, revives his Evil Fred alias for his debut EP on Unknown to the Unknown entitled The Unknown Evil EP. It’s four tracks of jacking techno and uptempo house, infused with hints of UK Funky and sweaty warehouse vibes. ‘The Evil Dance’ is a schizophrenic, swung house number - shifting swiftly between euphoric pianos and dark techstep stabs.
