Fantastische full-length from DC's new Kraut-rocking machine Higamos Hogamos (a.k.a Steve Webster - BlackNeon and Toby Jenkins - The Squire of Somerton). The emphasis is on tightly condensed electro-pop epics filtered with the abstractions of Motorik rock and and proggy soundtrack instrumentals... To disperse a list of inspirations for Higamos reads pretty well indeed; Can, Tangerine Dream, the Fall, early Kraftwerk, Faust, add to this a Higamos C21 style and shimmer and we get a very good release indeed....
