A set of buoyant sunset house tunes from Berlin’s CINTHIE here. The first track may be called Bassline, but it’s really all about exuberant Chicago house thrills - as soon as the crashing beats and belting vocals kick in, the dancefloor power of this track is undeniable. On closing cut ‘803 Meme Queen’ CINTHIE softens the ‘Bassline’ sound a little through the introduction of wistful synth pads. Sandwiched between those tracks we find the lightly Italo-influenced ‘No-One Can Take You Away From Me’. Bassline is an immensely fun record.
