Necrotype follows up 2018’s Yosei 12” with another double-header of jungle and breakbeat revelry on Double Life. Nowhere have the breaks been quicker and nastier than on side A’s ‘Fever’, counterpointed by uncommonly chipper chimes two minutes in. Side B’s slow burning ‘So Fine’ takes a different tact with a luscious quiet storm-like sample that morphs into yet another drum and bass adrenaline rush.
