Steffi and Privacy join forces as Negroni Nails. Their debut drop, an eponymous EP on Klakson, is a hugely impressive set of high-energy techno. Each of the three tracks here hares out of the blocks, their fidgety beats underpinning lazerbeam basslines and a plethora of machine-malfunction atmospherics. ‘Collision’ is a little psychedelic, ‘Fast-Test’ pits quicksilver modulars against some stargazing pads, and ‘White Matter’ throws a jack into the groove.
