Bleep

Having previously recorded on Tigerbeat six, White Williams drops an album on this Domino offshoot, of nonchalant songs that mix stoned and slightly surreal singer songwriting with electronics and beats, something like a strung out version of Beck's 'Midnite Vultures' or a more lo-fi electronic take on Fog's lackadaisical laments. Occasional forays into African highlife guitar figures like Vampire weekend keep the album varied as well as the weird 'Lice In The Rainbow' , but there is some fun to be had between the dusty guitars and the more sprightly discoey electronics.
