New RVNG always gets us excited round here. For this Kate NV record the label look to Moscow and take a trip into the artist’s vision of the city around her. Warm, sprawling synthesisers wrap themselves around our peripheral as we travel through the grandeur of old Moscow as told by MIDI technologies. Described as referencing Hiroshi Yoshimura and Daniel Bacalov, Для For is an album which definitely contemplates the futuristic vision of the city which certain strains of 80s electronic music portrayed so well. Considering the amount of vintage sounding new records coming out at the moment this one does it well!
