An experienced and highly motivated warehouse operative is sought to join our team. We are looking for someone who can take a leading role in the daily functions of our warehouse.
The role will involve:
- Compiling daily warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, shipping orders, and receiving goods into the warehouse, among other daily warehouse tasks.
- Ensuring on site healthy and safety policies are followed through all work tasks reporting any issues to management.
- Ensuring high accuracy and high quality customer service is always delivered through all work processes.
- Investigating and resolving issues that arise from daily tasks such as receiving goods, shipping orders among other warehouse tasks.
- Acting as a point of contact for queries from warehouse customers and the internal business customer support team.
- Becoming a specialist in the use of the WMS and physical processes.
- Taking responsibility for covering Warehouse Manager duties when needed.
Required Skills
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous warehousing pick and pack experience.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent numerical and literary skills.
- The aptitude to take a leading role in a small team and help shape the working culture.
- Driving license essential.
