Worldwide Shipping Information

Our Packaging

With over 20 years of experience shipping records worldwide, we take pride in our packaging and use recycled materials wherever possible. We pay great attention to the way that orders are packed and we try our best to get your orders to you in mint condition. We use bespoke cardboard LP and CD mailers and all our shipments are 100% plastic free.

Free Shipping within the UK

We offer free postage on orders over £100 to the UK sent via Royal Mail, excluding downloads, gift vouchers, postage prices and pre-orders. This is only available if all items are in stock and can be sent as one package. If items aren’t yet in stock, you will need to select the option to wait until all items become available to ship together.

Postage

Our global postage prices are competitive and we are always looking to find new ways to make them cheaper.

At checkout, we give the customer the choice to ship items in your order as soon as they are available or to ship all items together to save on postal costs. We will always recommend to group your items together as this is the more eco-conscious way to ship. By consolidating your products into one package, minimising environmental impact by reducing packaging waste and optimising shipping efficiency. This sustainable approach lowers carbon emissions from sea, air, and road transportation, contributing to a healthier planet for us all. When grouping shipping items, everything will ship once the last item becomes available.

We offer a variety of tracked and non-tracked services, depending on your location and the goods you are purchasing. Once you have selected a full shipping address you can select from multiple shipping options and you will also be able to see a postage estimate for each.

Your postage will be calculated based on the region you are in and the size/weight of the items in your order.

Courier Service

We have various courier options that can be used for your order, these can be chosen in the check-out process.

UK Couriered Service

For UK orders the 'Tracked Couriered' service is DPD Next Day. Tracking information will be sent via email and text. Please ensure you add a correct mobile telephone number so you can be contacted about your shipment.

International Couriered / Fedex Shipping

For packages leaving the UK we offer the option of having your package shipped via Fedex and other couriered services. This has the advantage of speedier shipping times and a tracked service.

When selecting shipping options we offer you the choice of services for each package we expect to send out. As pre-orders are shipped separately you must select a shipping option per pre-order. You can select a different service for each pre-order.

Europe: 1-3 Days
USA: 2-3 Days
Rest of World: 2-3 Days

In some cases we may choose to use a different shipping partner for your package. If we do this it will be an equivalent tracked service.

Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from the UK unless otherwise stated. Mail-order items are generally dispatched the next working day or the Wednesday / Thursday before release date if a pre-order. We do not ship on UK public holidays, orders made on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

UK

Royal Mail 24 (Standard) 1-2 days
Royal Mail 48 (Economy) 2-3 days

Or appropriate courier company for large / heavier items. Expected delivery time 2–7 days.

USA

International Air Mail or appropriate courier company for large / heavier items. Expected delivery time 7–28 days.

Europe

International Air Mail or appropriate courier company for large / heavier items. Expected delivery time 7–28 days.

Rest of World

International Air Mail or appropriate courier company for large / heavier items. Expected delivery time 7 days–6 weeks. Heavier packages will be sent using a ParcelForce or DHL service, these usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch, anywhere in the world.

Pre-orders

As soon as we get information about forthcoming releases we make them available to pre-order. We ship pre-orders as soon as we are able. This is generally the Wednesday / Thursday before release date, but for accurate information check specific release pages.

Pre-orders are held until the items are made available. We provide estimates of shipping dates on the product pages and in the checkout.

You can choose to ship items in your order as soon as they are available, or ship all items together to save money.

Release dates sometimes change, often due to issues with manufacturing or distribution. If we receive notification from distributors or labels that this has happened, we will keep you updated.

Payment is taken for pre-orders immediately, but you are welcome to cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships. Contact support@bleep.com to arrange this.

Returns

We offer a returns policy on all physical items returned in sellable condition within 14 days. Contact us through our support system or email support@bleep.com.

There is a returns form attached to the packing slip within the mailer. Please do not return items to us without contacting first, or we will not be able to trace where it has come from on arrival to us.

Please note we cannot accept returns of download products.

Damages

If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please get straight in touch. Contact support@bleep.com

We will do our best to replace any faulty item free of charge. Get in contact explaining what the problem is and we will promptly get back to you. We may require you to return the faulty item(s) or send us other evidence of the issue. You will be reimbursed for any return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.

Missing Packages

Unfortunately, there can be delays in the post that are beyond our control, particularly when shipping outside the UK. We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause.

We ask that you allow up to 14 days for UK customers and 28 days for outside of the UK, from the date of dispatch, before we assume an item has been lost in the post. If your order has not arrived by then please do let us know, Contact support@bleep.com We will also be sure to notify you if your order is returned to us for any reason.
