Berlin-based DJ and producer rRoxymore seeks to keep up the momentum she’s generated over the past couple of years with another release for Don’t Be Afraid (Jayson Wynters, Ikonika). Thoughts Of An Introvert, Pt. 2 follows up last year’s first instalment in the series, and it fronts three more pieces of quirky techno. ‘This Is Not What You Think’ kicks things off, a highly unusual jam combining bongo-house drums with the sort of spiralling, seasick synth arpeggios that one often finds on releases from The Bunker New York. ‘Mythical Technology’ is a Paradise Garage special with more zany keyboard work, while ‘Run … Feet’ shows off juke and footwork influences.
