9 years since he first blew our minds with The Fall, Shed returns to this somewhat forgotten gem, looping in two of his other lesser known and rarely used aliases to rewax the eternal ambient techno classic, making us nostalgic for the days when seemingly endlessly essential Shed white-labels were dropping each week, a time when Shed was most elegantly described as "techno's Dillinja" by Marcus Intalex.
These Final Experiment remixes of The Fall make good use of the project's roots within the techno/dubstep crossover (remember when that was a thing?) First up, The Panamax Project pushes The Fall down a step or 2 with some seriously slinky garage rhythms Shed style. While his Seelow alias last seen circa 2015 jacks things up a gear with a tripping delay FX reflex, morphing the liquid roll of the original into clambering to the close broken beat number.
Finding it hard to believe the original tune is almost a decade old...
