Art-funk veterans !!! are soon to drop their MEGAMiiiX Volume 1: Shake Shake Shake. That album is an expanded version of the white label they sold on their tour in support of 2017 LP Shake The Shudder. The excellently-titled ‘Happiness Is A Warm Yes (It Is)’ proves a fine advert for the parent record. More acid-tinged and free-form than pretty much anything they’ve made before, the track features stabs of synths and hallucinatory looped vocals mixed together in a manner that recalls Golden Teacher, The Future Sound of London and A Certain Ratio.
