JD Twitch of Optimo fame and his three femme-goth cohorts gift us with these pulsating darkwave cuts from Ian Hicks. Released on their So Low imprint, the five tracks navigate the space between abrasive, early rave days trance and slow moody warm up synth. Proper good, trippy electro gear for the club and we can recommend this one highly for all fans of Carlos Peron, Colin Potter, Disciples ov Gaia etc etc. Just listen to ‘Specter’ – jeez! Probably one of the heaviest records we’ve had in recently. EP comes housed in a jacket specially designed by Glasgow party legend Katie Shambles.
