One of our favourite ‘dark’ ambient musicians returns with his first vocal outing since 2009, coming courtesy of the wonderful Dais imprint of course. The son of Blue Note jazz artist Bruce Lundvall, Tor Lundvall writes music which sounds both intensely private and personal yet almost begs to be heard by the masses. It’s as if his albums are recorded for you and you alone. Here he eschews the vast spatial tones of 2015’s The Park for slow, benzo infused rhythms and softly sung poetry - it’s a winner.
