Salon resident and Offen label owner Vladimir Ivkovic dives deep into the archives of the late Mitar Subotic. Here we have very special recordings from the 90s period - a few years have passed since moving to Brazil and working with Edson Natale etc and Subotic finds himself experimenting with all manner of sounds. Adding to his vast archive for his own personal enjoyment, this work as Suba was previously unreleased until now. Eleven rich recordings that relate somewhat to his ambient work ‘The Dreambird’ but in a beautiful leftfield dance floor style. Did he ever imagine people to be dancing to this in 2018?
