First solo Rrose release in two years and it’s a good one! Typically murky, suffocating sound design on the A side and fierce rhythms on ‘Nest of Queens’ to ensure maximum dancefloor propulsion. The two opening pieces are what interest us most; more of a deconstructed take on the usual techno sound that Rrose is known for (think Waterfall). Vast soundscapes of lingering, sustained electronic noise and considered fx aplenty.
