We first heard the music of PJ Dorsey (Tarotplane) via the good people at Aguirre Records two years back and must admit his LP ‘First’ was lost in the vast sea of new music we’d been investigating. How we’re kicking ourselves now after listening through this new Lullabies for Insomniacs release. Dorsey sets controls for the heart of the sun with two unbelievable, expansive soundscapes. Imagine Jon Keliehor, 291out and an insanely fried Loren Connors all jamming together in some far away forest. One for the headphones.
