Another collection of club tracks from JD Twitch’s Optimo Trax label. You might remember Kalbata from last years 12” on Israeli label Fortuna, which housed two killer tribal house cuts. He’s been making dance records for almost fifteen years though! Out of the spotlight, of course. These three jams bring to mind those leftfield DJ Sotofett / Bjorn Torske with crazy rolling percussion and an unrelenting techno groove. Top disc jockeying material for big rooms and sweaty basements alike. Our pick is the Part 1 but each track will do you good.
