JK Flesh's limited run cassette-only release Suicide Estate gets a re-up across two thick slabs of wax via Prurient's Hospital Productions institution. Much like his recent Downwards 12", the order of the day here is teeth clenching techno, equipped for late night lounging in gritty top floor flats.

Drawing influence from the notorious Bayley Tower in Birmingham "a magnet for suicides" as ukhousing.wikia.com puts it. Suicide Estate is ripe with all the trademarks of recent year's classic albums from thet likes of Silent Servant, Vatican Shadow, Lussuria and Ron Morelli. Concrete mixer techno mixed with a post-Sandwell District narrative that's been plugged into a wall socket labeled "for power electronics only" before being injected into your veins with half a pound of brick dust.

What makes Suicide Estate such a brilliant piece of work is that it has a real dark humor to it, that sees it never take itself too seriously, yet ensures it tears apart each and every environment it is let loose in.
