A rising star on Worldwide FM, South London producer Esa follows up his debut EP for Dekmantel with a triple-threat on wet-behind-the-ears label Omena. One spin of Gwalaka Fortune and it is easy to see why Esa has found the patronage of Auntie Flo. ‘Umatic 3000’ and ‘Big Snoek’ share the Glaswegian’s love of global groove musics and old-school acid as well as nodding to the house of Esa’s native South Africa.
