More good stuff from the Discrepant stable! They’ve been churning releases out this year and we’ve been lapping them up with glee. This time it’s another split series (think back to the German Army / Old Komm), pairing People Like Us with Porest for an array of far flung radio transmissions and abstract sound art. If sound collages and deconstructed philosophies / tape cut ups are your game then you’d be wise to check this out. Coming in somewhere between Costin Miereanu’s ‘Musique Climatique’ and Irdial’s numbers stations explores this is a great one to zone out to.
