First surfacing in 2015 at an event supporting Function’s Berghain 07 mix, the three figures behind LSD actually have several decades of techno experience between them. Luke Slater, Steve Bicknell and David Sumner use the LSD project to investigate the more psychedelic strains of techno while still producing cuts primed for club use. As such, the three processes here demonstrate serious dancefloor intent. Number one, in particular, is an absolutely relentless piece of acid techno. Good stuff.
