Exceptional left-field techno experiments from Patricia, fresh from the three-part Several Shades Of The Same Color album for Spectral Sound. Landing on the boutique Sleeperhold Productions imprint, Autotomy follows on from the labels strong run of releases from Croation Amor, Tropic Of Cancer and HTRK.

Saving his best gear for the limited edition sides, Patricia's hardware techno here crosses the border from L.I.E.S. style tape tekno into something more other (almost Fourth) worldly altogether.

Each track hangs with a melancholic tilt that perfectly compliments HTRK's contribution to the Sleeperhold series. Carrying the same sort of weight to its pads and kicks that made the early 90s AI output of B12 and F.U.S.E. so daringly futuristic.

Half single and half art piece, whichever way you approach it Autotomy is a diamond in both Patricia's discography and Sleeperhold Productions mission.
