Five new club cuts from Hyperdub's Fatima Al Qadiri. Tense, tight as nails drum programming and glacial grime synths come together on the tough opening cut ‘Shaneera’, an Arabic vocal with Golden Teacher esque fx treatment solidifying it’s dancefloor potential. Luckily the rest of the EP follows suit, the other four tracks working with the same formula but managing to contain their own merit. The record closes with the most pop-leaning track ‘Galby’, with Nayglow delivering an amazing, trance inducing vocal that sits perfectly over the cold synth work.
