Tokyo based producer Sapphire Slows debuts on Kaleidoscope with her second album after a string of amazing 12”s for Not Not Fun, 100% Silk and most recently hype Greek imprint Nous. We caught some of her live set earlier in the year at a Huntley & Palmers night up in Glasgow and we’re quite certain glimpses of this new LP were previewed during the set. Time is made up of seven tracks all channelling that same strange Emeralds esque abstract pop vibe that she’s explored in the past, but Hiramatsu pushes the envelope that little bit further than her last album (4 years back!).
