Musical polymath and Folkways expert Beatrice Dillon teams up with rigid techno hit-maker Call Super for two abstract club tools with impressive results. No doubt influenced by Dillon’s fondness for polyrhythms, both tracks lean heavily towards the Sued / PG Sounds tip but Call Super’s typical super tight production catapult them into another realm. We can’t wait to hear these ones loud! The A side is our favourite on first listen but the slightly more subtle B side track has its place too. Best Hessle we’ve heard in quite a while.
