Short but sweet eight track EP from new school r&b wonderkid Klein. For those who missed last year’s Only / Lagata, Klein has an intoxicating and super innovative take on soul, funk and contemporary computer music that really puts her in her own league. On Tommy EP she uses her voice and piano to outstanding effect, creating something a little different to her last LP but the hyper glitch production stays the same. It’s not surprising that Kode9 snapped her up for Hyperdub, it was a toss-up between them and Eglo.
