Part Shit and Shine, part Mika Vainio, this new Assel on Where To Now comes highly recommended for those who like their sounds chaotic, expansive and dubwise. Some of the tracks bring to mind the stark otherworldliness of those Porter Ricks records on Chain Reaction, pulling us deeper and deeper into the fold. There’s also a tangible dubstep influence on ‘Barbecue Stains’ before it erupts into full on techno mode - killer stuff here!
