A regular contributor to Matthewdavid’s LA based imprint Leaving Records, Odd Nosdam cut his teeth as a member of the avant hip-hop group cLOUDDEAD. His solo endeavours channel the same eerie atmospheres but are an all together more ambient leaning affair, this latest album recalling Aaron Martin or Richard Skelton with a heavy dose of Boards of Canada. The ten tracks on Lif all occupy a very similar territory, making it a perfect record to zone out to on these long summer evenings.
