Invada have been doing a fine job of chronicling the more vital film and TV scores of recent years - not an easy feat in the age of unlimited content. Here they bring together their two releases of music from Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein’s Stranger Things in one lavish boxset. The composers’ evocative, retro-tinged synth ambiences have played a big part in the show becoming a runaway Netflix smash, and it is only fitting that the music should be chronicled in such fine style. The set contains a whole bunch of extras - posters, character cards and such - to complement the wonderful music.
