Lubomir Grzelak adds eleven new productions to his arsenal for the Where To Now? powerhouse. One of the most consistent labels of recent years, WTN fits the strange and beguiling music of Lutto Lento perfectly. The album kicks off with creepy and childlike vocal samples aplenty, bringing to mind the trippiest moments of the Aquarian Foundation’s Mind Miniatures on Going Good. Grime like rhythms and Shackleton inspired atmospherics collage together with frantic sound design (just check out ‘It’s A Horror and It’s A Wonder’!). On ‘Gyal A Devil’ he fuses together lone whistles and polyrhythmic drum clashes to great effect, crafting some sort of mutant dancehall instrumental – top stuff.
