Terrence Dixon continues his on-off affair with Tresor with this collection of very out-there techno. Indeed, Tresor is a fitting environment for these four cuts that sound like the hazy memories of a weekend in the Berlin mega-club. The likes of ‘Frequencies Different’ and ‘The Test of Time’ burble and sputter atop barely more than a four-on-the-floor kick, their loops pluming in both sides of the headphones. The weightless title track conjures images of Georgio Moroder soundtracking a slasher movie.
