patten goes on strong with Requiem, an EP that debuts a freshly polished new hardstyle sound for Warp, following on from their recent album Ψ (pronounced Psi).

Moving in the same circles as fellow label crew Rustie and even edging close to the outer circles of the harder NON Worldwide gear, patten's Requiem takes in demented footwork, fractured trance and haunted trap to confound a strong new sound that retains the pair's signature knocks, yet points the way forward to some darker, edgier sounds ahead.
