New York party crew turned techno label The Bunker bring some fresh cuts from fellow city dweller Gunnar Haslam. First making his mark on Ron Morelli’s LIES imprint, Haslam has a knack for creating floor conscious tracks that twist and turn enough to keep home listeners equally enthralled. No stranger to full length LP’s, Kalaatsakia is his fourth album, and one which straddles the line between digi dub, electro and deranged concrete style experiments (check the A2). The downtempo cuts such as Rservoir are a real treat as well, meandering along in between the ferocious techno cuts to provide some breathing space.
