The Barcelona based producer Pedro Vian sees his slow and tripped out Andy Stott-esque soundscapes remixed by a whole host of all star names for the LP follow up. Released courtesy of Modern Obscure Music, the record features two alternative mixes from US legend Tevo Howard as well as contributions from LIES affiliate Eric Copeland and Stockholm based ‘power ambient’ don Peder Mannerfelt. Our personal pick of the bunch is the non-acid Tevo Howard version, a relentless techno gem to keep the dancefloor on their toes. The Escapismo mix of ‘Nine Is Nine’ is a slow burning synth-pop killer that’s worth a look too.
