Oliver Coates and Eliza McCarthy perform two wonderfully extended renditions of tracks by Mica Levi's Feeling Romantic Feeling Tropical Feeling Ill album/mixtape released on Demdike Stare's DDS imprint.

Oliver Coates version of Peace picks up where his and Mica's brilliant Remain Calm album dropped us off. Using his cello, he draws out a beautifully elegant version that carries the same sense of freedom as the pairs Slip album. It's jagged melancholy perfectly siding up to the silence that fills the gaps in between each brushstroke.

Eliza McCarthy's Riding Through Drinking Harpo Dine unwinds around ever escalating piano notes that continue to build in intensity before crashing down like a vast wave of reverb. A lovely 7" that will capture all that tread into its path with its effervescent charm.
