Bleep

The techno experimentalist known to his friends as Vincent Koreman really hammers home the point on this one. One could mistake the beginning of ‘Bunkerpunch’ for either a gabber track or something by Suicide, such is the intensity and insistency of its opening kick drum. Other instruments do arrive, and there is something close to a melody, but this one is all about the brute force of a drum machine pushed to its maximum. B-side ‘Air Raid’ does a similar thing with early jungle and hardcore stylings.
