Another LP from the relentlessly productive German duo. Galvany Street is another exemplary demonstration of how to toe the line between club and radio. Vocalist Craig Walker is a fine addition to the group’s arsenal, and his emotive baritone adds a humanising sheen to the banging and whirring of ‘Digging a Hole’ and the Tears for Fears-indebted ‘Eyes Open’. Largely dealing in house and synth-pop, the group occasionally takes a left turn on the likes of jungle-flecked highlight ‘Peak’.
