Veterans of the London broken beat scene drop a new EP of funk, boogie and afro beat gems. Tatham, Mensah, Lord & Ranks, through various aliases, have all made significant contributions to London’s electronic movement since the late nineties. 2000black was launched in 1998 as a sub-label of 4hero’s Reinforced Records, to create a platform for music with a broad global influence. Two Way Here One Way Go is 2000black at its finest and marries the classic broken beat sound with current dance flavours. ‘Two Way Here One Way Go’ is an African percussion chugger, while ‘No Facetime’ embraces the synth.
