Formed in 1988, The Orb were instrumental to the ambient electronica scene in the UK and abroad. Their remix EP for Norway’s Prins Thomas shows the 2 contrasting moods of The Orb’s captivating style. The ‘Heaven Or Hell’ mix is a progressive house monster which builds and grows through a multitude of layers. ‘The Orbient' mix is pure space age ambience, sewn together with tiny acid bleeps.
