Mysterious Berlin based label No. present six tracks of electronic sound design and glitch leaning atmospherics. Equal measures conceptual and surgical, the music draws influence from medical hydrology and necrotic tissue removal. Essentially serving as an imagined sonic counterpart to the ‘audiosurgical’ process, the music is imaginably hard to categorise or contrast in words. Think murky dub techno, something along the lines of Porter Ricks, but with a hard computerised edge that embraces the Japanese glitch workings of the early 2000’s. The nine minute long ‘Groove Ablation’ steals the title for the craziest track of the album in our opinion, be sure to check that one out first.
