Fundamental don Alek Stark presents a vinyl edition of his spectacular astral gazing electro album Fundamentals Of Space Travel. Originally released as a limited edition CD-R back in 2009, it has steadily gained momentum within the underground and has led to more recent sides for the likes of Titan's Halo, Transient Force & Last Known Trajectory.

Billed as a sort of concept album, Fundamentals Of Space Travel was the first step that started off Alek's journey into the deepest recesses of the analogue 808 heavy galaxy. Wearing its influences on his sleeve, the sounds within Fundamentals... pay homage to both the tightly produced club trax of E.R.P. & DJ Stingray, yet the pace and flow ensure it isn't just an extended 12" of DJ Weapon club bangers, but an expansive set of sounds that explore the same, strange worlds sound tracked by the recent classics from MNLTH, Plant43 & B12.

Since its original release, Fundamentals Of Space Travel has gone on to becoming a staple in the record boxes and shelves of techno connoisseurs around the world, and lead to Alek Stark's Fundamental Records releasing records by artists including Boris Divider, Cygnus & a deluxe twenty year boxset from DMX Krew.
