The Lewisham born singer moves through footwork, techno and high tech soul with surprising finesse, and both jams here fit the Eglo vibe perfectly. Dreamy, melodic and full of emotion! Our immediate pick is the B side ‘Time Is Running Out’, which grooves along at a nice dancefloor tempo but keeps that spacey leftfield funk element that Alexander Nut’s label has built a reputation on.
